Minda Corporation Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.70

The Board of Directors of Minda Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on May 17, 2022, has recommended a final dividend of Rs.0.70 per equity share (35%) (face value of Rs. 2 per share) aggregating to Rs.1674 Lakhs for the year ended March 31, 2022 subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The total dividend declared for the financial year 2021-22 is Rs. 1/- (Rupee One) per equity share (50%) (face value of Rs.2 per share).
