QGO Finance Ltd decalres interim dividend of Rs. 0.1

The Board of Directors of QGO Finance Ltd at their meeting held on Monday, May 16, 2022 has approved the declaration of Interim Dividend at Rs. 0.1 (1%) per Equity Share (Subject to Deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rupees 10/- each for the FY 2022-23 instead of Final Dividend for the financial year 2021-22.

Thursday, May 26, 2022 shall be reckoned as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2021-22.

The date of payment / dispatch of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be within 30 days from the date of declaration.
