Anant Raj Ltd approves final dividend of Rs. 0.12

The Board of Directors of Anant Raj Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. May 14, 2022, have, considered and approved a final dividend of Re. 0.12 per share (i.e. 6% on Rs. 2/- fully paid-up share) for the Financial Year 2021-22, which shall be subject to the approval of shareholders at its ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, which shall be paid / dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration and any further information in this regard including record date etc. shall be announced in due course.
