Anuh Pharma Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.75

The Board of Directors of Anuh Pharma Ltd (the "Board") at its Meeting held today i.e. Saturday, 14th May, 2022, considered and recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.75/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each (i.e. 35%) for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
