Heranba Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Heranba Industries Ltd has recommended the final dividend of Rs. 2 (Rupees Two) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10.00 (Rupees Ten) each (i.e. 20% of the face value) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
