Tech Mahindra recommends final dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd at its meeting held on May 13, 2022, have recommended a Final dividend of Rs. 15/- per share and a special dividend of Rs 15/- per share on par value of Rs.5/- (600%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to approval from the members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Final dividend, if approved, will be paid by 9 August, 2022. This dividend is in addition to Special Dividend of Rs.15/- per share paid as interim dividend in November 2021. The total dividend for FY 2021-22 will be Rs. 45/- per share on par value of Rs.5/- (900%).

Shares of Tech Mahindra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1202.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1213.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 81011 in over 6533 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1234.85 and intraday low of 1195.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 98598279.00.
