Sharda Cropchem Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Sharda Cropchem Ltd at its meeting held on May 13, 2022, has considered and recommended Final Dividend at the rate of Rs. 3.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for Financial Year 2021-22, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
