Tube Investments of India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Tube Investments of India Ltd at its meeting held on May 12, 2022, has recommended a final dividend of Rs.1.50 (Rupee One and Paise Fifty only) per equity share of Rupee 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. Together with the interim dividend of Rs.2/- per share, paid on March 04, 2022, the total dividend for the financial year 2021-22 works out to Rs. 3.50 (Rupees Three and Paise Fifty only) per share. The said final dividend, if approved by the Members at the ensuing AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM (i.e., on or before August 31, 2022).

Shares of Tube Investments of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1725.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1632.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5305 in over 1484 trades.
