JMC Projects India Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of JMC Projects India Ltd at its meeting held on May 12, 2022, has recommended Dividend of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up (equivalent to 50% on the paid-up equity capital) for the financial year ended March 31 , 2022, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
