Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd, at their Meeting held today i.e., Thursday, May 12, 2022, has considered and approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of INR. 3.50/- per Equity Share (175%) of the Face Value of INR. 2/- for the Financial Year 2021-22 subject to the approval of Shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, will be paid within 30 days of approval/declaration.

The board approved and fixed the closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company from Tuesday, July 12, 2022 to Friday, July 22, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 41st Annual General Meeting & for payment of Dividend (if declared at the Annual General Meeting) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022.

Shares of Lumax Auto Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 147.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 154.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42116 in over 1353 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 152.25 and intraday low of 147.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6317713.00.
