Forensic Audit of Flexituff Ventures International Ltd completed

UCO Bank, being the consortium leader bank vide letter dated 26.11.2021, had announced the appointment of Forensic Auditor to conduct the Audit in respect of proposed restructuring proposal by Flexituff Ventures International Ltd.

In continuation of same, the Forensic Auditor have completed their audit & have submitted their report directly to the bank.

The above report has been accepted & adopted by all the banks without any observation in consortium meeting held on 25.04.2022 & received to Company now.

Shares of Flexituff Ventures International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 28.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 27.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 690 in over 12 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 28.40 and intraday low of 26.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18202.00.
