PNB board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.64 for FY22

The Board of Directors of Punjab National Bank Ltd has recommended Dividend of Re. 0.64 per equity share (i.e. 32%) of face value of 2/- each to the Shareholders of the Bank for the year 2021-22, subject to the approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Shares of Punjab National Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs. 33.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 33.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3881600 in over 8820 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 33.55 and intraday low of 32.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 128037542.00.
