Bhageria Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Bhageria Industries Ltd at their meeting held on Saturday, May 07, 2022 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share (Face Value of Rs. 5 each) i.e., 80% for the year ended March 31, 2022 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 33rd Annual General Meeting.
