AVANTEL Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of AVANTEL Ltd at their meeting held on May 06, 2022 have recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 4/- per Share on the face Value of Rs.10/- per Share. The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, shall be paid to the Shareholders appearing in the register of members as on 16.05.2022.
