Steel Strips Wheels Ltd's promoters reduce pledged shares

The promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 19594804 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels Limited, which is 62.77% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 3829044 equity shares were pledged which is 12.26% of total paid up capital of the company and 19.54% of total promoter shareholding.

On 04.05.2022, 100000 shares were released from pledge, accordingly, now the total number of shares pledged has reduced to 3729044 which is 11.94% of total paid up capital of the company and 19.03% of total promoter shareholding.
