Swaraj Engines Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 80 for FY22

The Board of directors of Swaraj Engines Ltd, has recommended an equity dividend of 800% (Rs. 80 per share) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 2nd July, 2022 to 8th July, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive the dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled to be held on 25th July, 2022. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within a week from the conclusion of the AGM.

Shares of Swaraj Engines Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1453.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1423.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2567 in over 222 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1472.00 and intraday low of 1423.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3723024.00.
