Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 5.85

The Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited at its meeting held on April 26, 2022, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5.85/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.
