Munjal Auto Industries to transfer leasehold land at Vadodara

Munjal Auto Industries Ltd has entered into a Deed of Assignment on April 26, 2022 for transfer of Company's surplus leasehold land admeasuring about 1,68,292 Square Meters situated at 187, GIDC Industrial Estate at Waghodia, Vadodara for lumpsum consideration is Rs. 50.48 Crore.

The transfer of the land would take place on fulfillment of conditions by the transferee and after approval of GIDC. Hence it is not feasible to estimate time period of the expected date of transfer.

Shares of Munjal Auto Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 47.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3468 in over 202 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 47.80 and intraday low of 46.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 164451.00.
