AU Small Finance Bank Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of AU Small Finance Bank Limited ("the Bank") at its Meeting held on Tuesday, 26th April, 2022 has, recommended dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity shares on pre-bonus share capital out of net profit for the year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Consequent to approval of the proposed bonus issue by the shareholders, the dividend shall be adjusted proportionately i.e. Rs. 0.50/ - per equity share on post-bonus share capital. The dividend on equity shares will be paid/dispatched after the same is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank.

Shares of AU Small Finance Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1416.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1365.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26255 in over 1966 trades.
