Elpro International Ltd announces resignation of CFO

Mr. Sambhaw Kumar Jain has tendered notice of his resignation due to personal reasons from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Elpro International Ltd to be effective from the close of business hours of June 30, 2022.

The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the next Board meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the aforementioned regulations.

Shares of ELPRO INTERNATIONAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 60.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 61.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4069 in over 57 trades.
