TVS Motor Company acquires 1.81% stake in Rapido

TVS Motor Company Limited ("Company") has acquired 1.81% stake in Roppen Transportation Services Private Limited ("Rapido").

The company has also clarified that the holding in Rapido will constitute less than 5% of the shares or voting rights in Rapido.

Shares of TVS Motor Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 649.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 650.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21833 in over 990 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 664.20 and intraday low of 648.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14274401.00.
