Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced provisional updates for quarter ended March 31, 2022.
The individual loan business continued to see strong momentum during the quarter ended March 31, 2022.
During the quarter ended March 31, 2022, the Corporation assigned individual loans amounting to Rs. 8,367 crore compared to Rs. 7,503 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Individual loans sold in the preceding 12 months amounted to Rs. 28,455 crore (PY: Rs. 18,980 crore).
The Corporation also assigned Rs. 1,500 crore of standard, non-individual loans during the quarter ended March 31, 2022.
Gross income from dividend for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 was Rs. 128 crore (PY: Rs. 111 crore).
During the quarter ended March 31, 2022, there was no sale of investments in subsidiary / associate companies.
The above figures are subject to audit by the statutory auditors of the Corporation.
Shares of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2450.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2388.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 51035 in over 4981 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2464.90 and intraday low of 2351.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 123423458.00.
