Eicher Motors Ltd posts 25.1% YoY growth in March 2022 sales

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures for Eicher Trucks and Buses & Volvo Trucks for the month of March 2022. The company has sold 8803 vehicles during March 2022, as against 7037 in March 2021 registering a growth of 25.1% YoY.

The company has sold 8581 Eicher Trucks and Buses in March 2022, as compared to 6870 in March 2021, growth of 24.9% YoY. The domestic sales of Eicher Trucks and Buses stood at 7929 units in March 2022, 31% higher than 6054 units in March 2021. The exports of Eicher Trucks and Buses decreased 20.1% YoY to 652 units in March 2022, as compared to 816 units in March 2021.

The company has sold 222 Volvo Trucks during March 2022 as against 167 units in March 2021.

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2460.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2485.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17619 in over 2367 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2500.00 and intraday low of 2436.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 43407330.00.
