Arka Financial Holdings Private Limited (AFHPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, has incorporated a new Company viz. 'Arka Investment Advisory Services Private Limited' (AIASPL), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of AFHPL, to act as Investment Manager for the purpose of Management of funds and undertaking Advisory Business. As such AIASPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of AFHPL and is step down subsidiary of the Company.
