Allcargo Logistics Ltd to sell Project Logistics Business division

Allcargo Logistics Limited has executed Business Transfer Agreement with J M Baxi Heavy Private Limited for Sale of Project Logistics Business division of the Company, as a going concern on a slump sale basis. The consideration mentioned in Business Transfer Agreement is Rs. 98.64 crores.

Shares of Allcargo Logistics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 358.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 353.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41157 in over 1956 trades.
