DISA India Limited declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 150

The Board of Directors of DISA India Limited at its meeting held today i.e., March 28, 2022 has declared the first Interim Dividend of Rs. 150.00 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 each (1500%) for the Financial Year 2021-22 amounting to Rs. 218.13 Million. The said Interim Dividend will be paid on or after April 15, 2022 but within 30 days from the date of declaration as prescribed under law.

The Board has fixed Friday, April 08, 2022 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of equity shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.

Shares of DISA INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6296.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6190.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 174 in over 37 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6400.00 and intraday low of 6202.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1099772.00.
