The Board of Directors of Nandan Denim Limited, has allotted 9,60,98,112 fully Paid-Up Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each in the ratio 2:1 (Two Bonus Equity Shares of 10/- each fully Paid-Up for every One existing Equity Share of 10/- each fully Paid-Up) held by the eligible Members, whose name appeared in the list of Beneficial Owners as on March 25, 2022, being the Record date fixed for this purpose.

The issued equity share capital has increased from 4,80,49,056 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 48,04,90,560/- to 14,41,47,168 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1,44,14,71,680/-.
