Canopy Finance Limited to consider amalgamation

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Canopy Finance Limited will be held on Saturday, 26th March, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at the Corporate Office of the Company at 301 Corporate Arena Off, Aarey Piramal X Road, Behind Mahindra Gardens, Goregaon West Mumbai-400062, to consider and approve the amalgamation of the Company and discuss any other matter with permission of the Chairman.
