Sheetal Cool Products Limited approves migration to main board of BSE

The Board of Directors of Sheetal Cool Products Limited at its meeting held today i.e., on March 23, 2022 at the Registered Office of the company, discussed and approved the Migration of Company from BSE SME Platform to the Main Board of BSE Limited and Main Board of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE) in terms of SEBI (ICDR) Regulation, 2018 subject to approval of shareholders and stock exchanges.

Shares of Sheetal Cool Products Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 341.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 322.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13600 in over 17 trades.
