Sundaram–Clayton Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 44

The board of directors of Sundaram–Clayton Limited at its meeting held today, declared an interim dividend of Rs. 44 per share (880%) on 2,02,32,085 equity shares of Rs.5/- each fully paid up, absorbing a sum of Rs. 89 Cr, for the financial year ending 31st March 2022.

The interim dividend declared will be paid on or after 7th April 2022, to those shareholders, who hold shares in physical form and / or in electronic form and whose names appear in the Register of Members and / or Depositories respectively, as at the close of working hours on 30th March 2022, being the Record Date fixed by the Company for this purpose.

Shares of Sundaram Clayton Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3648.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3624.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 453 in over 158 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3671.00 and intraday low of 3627.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1653485.00.
