Nakoda Group of Industries to consider rights issue terms on March 25, 2022

A meeting of the Right Issue Committee of Nakoda Group of Industries Limited will be held on Friday, 25th March, 2022 to consider and approve the terms and conditions of rights issue.

The board will consider and approve the issue price, Exchange Ratio and fix Record Date to ascertain the eligible shareholders for the proposed Right Issue.

The board will also consider any other matter relating to Right Issue with the permission of the Chairman of the Committee.
