NCL Research & Financial Services Ltd approves draft offer letter for rights issue

The Board of Directors of NCL Research & Financial Services Ltd ("Board") in its meeting held today, i.e. March 16, 2022, has approved the Draft Letter of Offer. The same has been prepared solely for the purpose of Rights Issue in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations 2018.

The company had earlier proposed Rights Issue of Equity Shares the Company for an amount not exceeding Rs. 49 crores.
