Minor Fire at Loyal Textile Mills Ltd's plant in Andhra Pradesh

A minor fire broke out in the weaving shed in one of the plant located at Andhra Pradesh yesterday evening around 4.30 P.M. The fire was brought under control within the time and none of the Workmen or other persons were injured or other casualty due to the fire accident.

The company has informed the accident to the Insurance company and is in the process of ascertaining the actual loss caused by the fire.

The company is taking steps to restart weaving operations in the plant at the earliest. Other operations in the Unit and all other units are intact.

Shares of LOYAL TEXTILE MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1146.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1286.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7696 in over 390 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1209.00 and intraday low of 1141.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8950048.00.
