Shri T. Srinivas ceases to be Govt. Nominee Director on the Board of KIOCL Limited

Shri T. Srinivas (DIN: 07238361), Govt. Nominee Director vide his letter dated 5th March 2022 announced his superannuation from Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India on 28th February 2022 and accordingly had tendered resignation from the Board of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 28th February 2022.
