Vibhu Nayar assumes charge of CMD, MMTC

Sh. Vibhu Nayar, IAS(TN:1990) has assumed the charge of CMD, MMTC Limited (addl. charge) w.e.f. 1.3.2022 pursuant to DoC, MoC&I Office order No.A-12022/20/2019-E-IV dated 24.2.2022 vice Shri Sanjay Chadha, Addl. Secretary, DoC, MOC&I.

Shri Vibhu Nayar is a member of the Indian Administrative Service and Senior Policy Maker in India with three decades of Experience in PSUs, Projects and Policy Implementation. He has led many mega infrastructure projects in collaboration with World Bank and other multi-lateral financial institutions. He is currently 'Executive Director' at the 'India Trade Promotion Organisation' (ITPO) under the Department of Commerce, Government of India, New Delhi.

Shri Vibhu Nayar is not related to any other Director on the Board of the Company on the date of his appointment in MMTC Limited and is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI order or order of any other such authority.

Shares of MMTC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 45.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 449218 in over 2844 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 46.95 and intraday low of 45.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20783702.00.
