Arihant Capital Markets declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.75, stock split

The Board of Directors of Arihant Capital Markets Limited in their meeting held on 3rd March, 2022, approved the declaration of interim dividend of Rs. 0.75/- (15%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2021-22 and fixed March 15, 2022 as the "Record date" for the payment of interim dividend. The dividend will be paid to the eligible shareholders/ members on or after 15th March, 2022.

The board also approved the sub-division / split of face value of the equity shares of the Company in the ratio of 5:1 [For every one (1) equity share of Rs. 5/- each; five (5) equity shares of Rs. 1/- each] subject to approval of members in ensuing extra-ordinary general meeting.

Shares of ARIHANT CAPITAL MARKETS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 364.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 349.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22346 in over 469 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 367.40 and intraday low of 358.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8191117.00.
