Vedanta Limited declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 13 for FY22

The Board of Directors of Vedanta Limited through resolution passed by circulation on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 have approved Third Interim Dividend of Rs. 13 per equity share i.e. 1300% on face value of Re. 1/- per share for the Financial Year 2021-22 amounting to c. Rs. 4,832 Crores.

The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is Thursday, March 10, 2022. The interim dividend will be paid within stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

Shares of Vedanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 387.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 380.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 998817 in over 16701 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 395.80 and intraday low of 382.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 389736340.00.
