Arihant Capital Markets Ltd board to consider interim dividend, stock split

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Arihant Capital Markets Ltd will be held on Thursday, 3rd March, 2022 to consider and approve Interim Dividend, if any for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The board will consider and approve the proposal to sub-divide/split the face value of equity shares of the Company from face value Rs. 5/- per share to face value Rs. 1/- per share or in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors of the Company and consequential alteration in Clause V (Capital Clause) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company and such other approvals as may be required.

The board will also consider any other matter with the permission of the Chairman , if any.
