Vedanta Ltd to consider 3rd interim dividend on March 2, 2022

The Board of Directors of Vedanta Ltd on March 02, 2022, will consider and approve Third Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders for the said dividend, if declared, is being fixed as Thursday, March 10, 2022.
