Ishan Dyes and Chemicals Ltd allots 10 lakh shares

In terms of issue of Convertible Equity Warrants by Ishan Dyes and Chemicals Ltd, Seraphim Ventures Private Limited ("SVPL"), a Non-Promoter Private Limited Company has exercised the option of conversion of 10,00,000 Warrants held by them and the Company upon receipt of balance 75% of the Warrants Subscription money on said Warrants, had today allotted 10,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of INR 10/- each to SVPL.

The shares were allotted at a price of INR 61/- per Equity Share inclusive of premium of INR 51/- per Equity Share, consequent to exercising the option of conversion of Convertible Equity Warrants.

Shares of ISHAN DYES & CHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 141.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 147.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 168164 in over 1549 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 150.95 and intraday low of 140.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 24630210.00.
