Heranba Industries to set up subsidiary Mikusu India Pvt Ltd

Heranba Industries Limited is in process of incorporating a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Company namely "Mikusu India Private Limited".

The wholly owned subsidiary shall carry out business in the field of Agro-Chemical.

The Company will subscribe to 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) Equity shares at the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only)

Shares of Heranba Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 618.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 642.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4823 in over 652 trades.
