Wardwizard Innovations and Mobility extends rights issue closing date

The Rights Issue of Wardwizard Innovations and Mobility Limited which opened on February 07, 2022 was slated to close on February 21, 2022.

The Board of Directors in their meeting held today approved the extension of closure period of Rights Issue of Wardwizard Innovations and Mobility Limited by 7 (Seven) days i.e. February 28, 2022 (New Closure of Offer Date) which is scheduled to be closed on February 21, 2022 (Old Closure of Offer Date).
