Mr. Rakesh Gangwal resigns from board of InterGlobe Aviation Ltd

Mr. Rakesh Gangwal, Non Executive, Non Independent Director has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of InterGlobe Aviation Ltd vide his letter dated February 18, 2022, with immediate effect.

In his resignation letter, he has stated his intention to reduce his holdings in the company slowly over next 5 plus years. He has also asked the company not to share any unpublished price sensitive information to him, since he has stepped down from the board.

Mr. Rakesh Gangwal has also said that in future he might consider participating in the company's board as a member.

Shares of InterGlobe Aviation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2120.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2155.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41798 in over 5329 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2168.25 and intraday low of 2091.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 89034579.00.
