Goa Carbon resumes operations at Goa unit from today

Goa Carbon Ltd has announced that the operations at the Company's Goa Unit located at St. Jose de Areal, Salcete-Goa has resumed.

The Kiln, has been lit up from today. After preliminary heat-up and commencement of feeding of raw material, normal production is likely to resume from tomorrow.

Shares of Goa Carbon Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 375.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 377.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2076 in over 144 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 384.55 and intraday low of 374.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 787438.00.
