ASM Technologies fixes Feb 22, 2022 as record date for rights issue

The board of directors ("Board of Directors") of ASM Technologies Limited ("Company") at its meeting held on February 15, 2022. The Board of Directors in their meeting held today, i.e., on February 15, 2022 has fixed 22nd February 2022 as the record date ("Record Date") for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who are entitled to receive the rights entitlement in the rights issue of the Company.

Rights issue size: 10,00,000 equity shares of face value of 210/- each, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 11,50,00,000/-

Rights entitlement ratio: 1 (one) Rights Equity Shares for every 10 (Ten) fully paid-up Equity Shares held by eligible equity shareholders as on the Record Date.

Rights Issue Price: Rs. 115 per share (Face Value - Rs. 10 and Premium - Rs. 105).

Payment Terms - Rs. 35 on application (Face Value - Rs. 3 and Premium - Rs. 32) and Rs. 80 on First and Final Call (Face Value - Rs. 7 and Premium - Rs. 73).

Issue Opening Date - Monday, Marcn 07, 2022

Last Date for On Market Renunciation of Rights - Wednesday, March 16, 2022

Issue Closing Date - Monday, March 21, 2022
