Nureca Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Nureca Ltd at its meeting held on February 12, 2022, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.0/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. at the rate of 30%.

The dividend shall be paid / dispatched to the Shareholders on or before 30 days from the date of its declaration.
