Power Finance Corporation declares Third Interim Dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on February 11, 2022, have considered and approved the declaration of Third interim dividend @ Rs. 6/- (Rupees Six only) per equity share (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the FY 2021-22.
