Hero MotoCorp Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 60

The Board of Directors of Hero MotoCorp Ltd at its meeting held on February 10, 2022, has considered and approved interim dividend @ 3000% i.e. Rs. 60 per equity share (face value of Rs. 2 per equity share) for the financial year 2021-22. Accordingly, the Board has fixed February 22, 2022 as record date for determining entitlement of members for the purpose of payment of interim dividend. The payment of interim dividend/ dispatch of dividend warrants will be completed by March 12, 2022.

Shares of Hero MotoCorp Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2718.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2733.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25386 in over 2642 trades.
