Sundram Fasteners Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 6.45

The Board of Directors of Sundram Fasteners Ltd at their meeting held today (Thursday, February 10, 2022) has approved payment of Interim Dividend @ Rs 6.45 per share of Re 1/- each for the financial year ending March 31, 2022.

The Board of Directors has decided to fix the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend as February 22, 2022 (Tuesday).

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on March 4, 2022 (Friday).

Shares of Sundram Fasteners Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 837.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 830.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4751 in over 730 trades.
