Talbros Automotive Components declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Talbros Automotive Components Limited has at its meeting held on 9th February, 2022 declared the payment of Interim Dividend at the rate of 10% i.e. Rs.1/- (Rupees One) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-2022.

The Record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for Interim Dividend has been fixed as Monday, February 21, 2022.
